I’m 49 and I Hooked Up With a 24-Year-Old Delivery Boy

-

Dear E. Jean: I’m thriving in NYC at a snazzy new job, and last night I returned from a week at our San Francisco office. Tired and jet-lagged, I ordered a bottle of bourbon from the local wine and spirits store.

The delivery boy was hot—a wiry, tattooed bike messenger type with David Bowie cheekbones and green eyes. I reached for my handbag to tip him and discovered I had no cash. So I invited him in for some bourbon. I didn’t have sex with him, but we did a little of everything else, just like in high school. Which he no doubt remembers very well, since he is 24. I just turned 49.

Dilemma 1: He just texted me and wants to see me again.
Dilemma 2: I haven’t had sex in two years.
Dilemma 3: I can’t possibly look that good. Is he just hustling me? —Witty in the City

Witty, My Luv: Of course he’s hustling you— and Auntie Eeee adores him for it! Because of all the bourbon, brandy, rum, vodka, gin, and whiskey cocktails in the world, the sweetest swig is the Older Woman chased with a Younger Man. Your affair will be short. Hence, it will be fabulous. Return his text. Sometimes a woman should lose her wits. What are you waiting for? A younger guy to come along?

Help Test Bitcoin.org’s New Design Before Launch

-
A Redesigned Bitcoin.org One of our goals in 2018 has been to modernize the look and feel of Bitcoin.org. Each day, tens of thousands of new users come to Bitcoin.org to learn how to get started using the currency and technology. The site has grown exponentially in popularity as Bitcoin adoption has increased. Last year alone, there were over 30 million visitors to Bitcoin.org. These visitors viewed the site’s pages over 200 million times. Many of these pages are often the first results on search engines for bitcoin-related phrases and terms. As traffic and engagement has increased, however, the design has become very dated. In fact, the current look and feel of the site has pretty much remained the same for ~5 years, going all the way back to 2013. As a result, a large amount of effort and attention has gone into a recent redesign project, that’s getting closer to complete. After holding a community vote on various design options, the community selection has been extend...

Ghost Hunting Theories: Devil’s Hole Caves

-
Hình ảnh
Devil’s Hole – Death Valley, California Around the world there are legends of caves and crevices that become named “Devil’s Hole” for a myriad of reasons, but all of them are dark ones. Let’s explore just some of the Devil’s Holes found in the United States. Arkansas Devil’s Hole Cave LINK:    O ne day, an indeterminate number of years ago, the owner of the land where the cave is located decided to check out the place. He climbed down a rope about 200 feet to a ledge where the shaft narrows to a point that can only be crawled through. He suddenly heard a vicious hissing from the darkness, perhaps like a large lizard would do, and he made a hasty retreat. Some time later, he and some men from town dropped a flatiron tied to a rope to the same place in the cave. They heard a hissing sound and the rope was pulled hard. When they pulled it back up, they found the flatiron had been badly bent and scored with scratches and teeth marks. They next tried a stone and th...
