Badu stars alongside Taraji P. Henson in the forthcoming comedy. Erykah Badu has acted here in there in the film world, with her last role being Turquoise in 2016’s  The Land . Now, Badu is making her return to acting as a psychic whose tea apparently grants women with the ability to read men’s minds. Henson portrays a sports agent trying to break the glass ceiling as she loses a coveted position to a male co-worker. In trying to do that, a friend recommends she go see a psychic who might be able to help, with that psychic being the one and only Badu. “I can connect you help with men. Let’s have some tea,” Badu says to Henson. “This smells like dirt,” Henson replies, to which Baud hilariously responds “Oh, that’s just jasmine tea.
