NGHTMRE has returned with his iconic bass sounds with Grave. This new collaboration with Wavedash follows the release of Magic Hour on Diplo’s label. NGHTMRE is up and coming in the trap world, but is showing that he is here to stay. Together, NGHTMRE and Wavedash have come up with one of the most interesting and unpredictable bass tracks of 2018. With out-of-this-world drops and bassy sounds, NGHTMRE has returned back to his bass roots. The song goes into an eerie interlude right in the middle, then right back to the heart-stopping bass we all love. With  Milky Way  set to arrive in two days and counting, Bas  links up with Dreamville-captain  J. Cole , for what can be assumed as the album’s final single. Standing as the album’s second single, as well as the follow up to “ Boca Raton ” with A$AP Ferg, “Tribe” sees Bas connecting with Cole for the fifth time in their careers, the other four being Bas’ “Night Job,” “Lit” & “My N***a Just Made Bail” and DJ Khaled’s “Hell’s Kitchen.” Similar to “Boca Raton,” “Tribe” gives off a tropical and sunny feeling, just off the track alone. This feeling is exactly what’s portrayed in the music video as Bas and Cole head to Miami’s Little Haiti to enjoy the warm weather and culture. Hit play below. Bas & J. Baauer  is making his way from DJ booth to the small screen — though this time, not in a “Harlem Shake” meme fashion. Sharing the news with his 331k followers on Twitter, the Philadelphia native reveals he made the soundtrack for  Netflix ’s upcoming season of Iron Fist . The fledgling, Marvel-based show is going into its second season. With the Season 2 trailer revealed, it’s no surprise that Baauer’s hard-hitting production and fine ear for engineering will make for an excellent background soundtrack to the action-packed drama to come. The show premieres on September 7 on Netflix and will consist of 10 episodes. This announcement follows the release of Baauer’s latest single, “Hate Me,” featuring Lil Miquela. Back August 22, 2018 by norman lebrecht Details have emerged of the house arrest conditions under which Kirill Serebrennikov has lived for the past year while a Moscow court ‘investigates’ trumped-up fraud charges against the outspoken Putin critic. The opera director, 48, is allowed no contact with the outside world. He may only speak to his father and his lawyer and has no access to the internet. He is confined to a small apartment without a balcony in the centre of Moscow and is permitted to take a supervised walk for two hours a day. His lawyer says: ‘The restrictions of his freedom are very stressful for Kirill. He works around the clock.’       Next Article Previous Article SHARE THIS: قالب وردپرس The post How Putin punishes an operatic victim – Slipped Disc appeared first on MusicCosmoS . from WordPress https://ift.tt/2ByC5DM via IFTTT

It seems that the world has a fever, and the only cure is more Swedish House Mafia related news. This past March at Ultra Miami, the group returned to the same stage for the first time in nearly 5 years. Since then one thing and thing only has been on everyone’s mind: was Ultra a one-time thing, or is a Swedish House Mafia reunion tour going to happen. Swedish House Mafia Reunion Updates It did not take long for rumors to begin to fly around the Swedish House Mafia Reunion Tour. Soon it was so clear that reunion tour would happen, artists such as Oliver Heldens and even Steve Angello himself spoke about it casually. Before formally resigning as manager of Swedish House Mafia Amy Thomson she confirmed not only the upcoming tour but as well as new music from the group is currently being produced. Excitement levels are at an all-time high, but one question remains. What will Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso do about their side project when the group reunites? Axwell/Ingrosso Put On H...

Of course we’re fans of Rick And Morty . And, for a second, while it didn’t look like it would come back after its third season, the [adult swim] favorite is returning in a major way. Having previously announced that its fourth season would be a massive 70 episodes , a very brief teaser has been released. Taking a page out of the 90s cartoon X-Men: The Animated Series (the best X-Men cartoon of all time, and there’s no debating this) Rick, Morty, Beth, Summer and even Squanchy make cameo appearances. #RickandMorty pic.twitter.com/YDbPxjZVMg — Rick and Morty (@RickandMorty) August 21, 2018 Season 4 of Rick And Morty is slated to arrive sometime in 2019. ‘Rick And Morty’ To Return In 2019, Drop Teaser was last modified: August 22nd, 2018 by Meka قالب وردپرس The post ‘Rick And Morty’ To Return In 2019, Drop Teaser appeared first on MusicCosmoS . from WordPress https://ift.tt/2o0QizW via IFTTT

Hey there tech fiends, it’s that time of the week again. Before we dive into today’s focus, here’s the usual reminder that if you’re looking for more sick music, all prior editions of this series can be perused here . Today we focus in on Nails of Imposition, a terrifying technical brutal death metal act from Perth, Australia. The band mainly reminds me of Wormed overall, with some Origin style hyper shredding and a flurry of other brutal influences swirling amidst the madness. They’ve been active since 2007 though I’m new to the group after recently hearing their album Surpassing Carbon Decay which came out on August 15th through Lord Of The Sick Recordings. On Surpassing Carbon Decay, Nails of Imposition embark upon a hyper-blast focused warzone furthered by unhinged brutality spliced in for an extra adrenaline rush, together the opposing sides of their sound swarm in unison to create a frenzied insanity that overwhelms the mind. This is super fucked up and warped sounding materi...

We can’t take it! Drake , 31, visited an 11-year-old birthday girl in Chicago awaiting a heart transplant and the photos that they took together are adorable enough to melt even the Grinch’s heart. Actually, who are we kidding? Just Drake’s caption alone would have been enough to do the trick! “Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball,” the rapper wrote on his Instagram post. Not only did he call Sofia Sanchez his “love,” but he wore the biggest grin on his face in every single shot these two snapped together at Lurie’s Children’s Hospital of Chicago. Honestly, it kind of looked like he was the one who was getting to meet his favorite artist on his birthday but Sofia was really the mega fan. Since Drake was performing on August 18 aka Sofia’s 11th birthday at The United Center in Chicago, it seemed like the perfect time for the two of them to meet. But how did Sofia make this amazing moment happen? For starters, she and her cousin did the “In My Feelings” ...

Back August 22, 2018 by norman lebrecht A group of 59 UK arts organisations succeeded in raising £406,000 from 4,970 donors last year, according to published results. ‘The majority of respondents indicated that the hard work involved in running a crowdfunding campaign was ultimately worth the rewards,’ says the sponsoring organisation, Nesta. But here’s the catch: Nesta offered matching funds for every single donor, an incentive that endorsed the projected and persuaded more people to give. Crowdfunding, as such, is not an efficient way of running an arts org. Look what happened to NY’s City Opera.     Previous Article SHARE THIS: قالب وردپرس The post Crowdfunding works in the arts, apparently – Slipped Disc appeared first on MusicCosmoS . from WordPress https://ift.tt/2Prugmm via IFTTT
