Last week, at a venue tucked just above Sunset Boulevard, I arrived at the Hollywood premiere of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina . The series, a fresh reboot of ’90s sitcom Sabrina the Teenage Witch , lands on Netflix October 26 and promises to be darker—more chilling, if you will—than the original Melissa Joan Hart show. Many say it’s poised to be the next cult teen drama, masterminded by the executive producers of The CW’s Riverdale and sharing a similarly complex storyline and macabre tone. At the L.A. premiere, though, the scene was all smiles. As the cast arrived on the red carpet, you could sense the excitement. Kiernan Shipka, who plays the lead role of Sabrina Spellman, stepped out confidently in shimmery burgundy eye shadow, pointed black Mary Jane heels, and a black-and-oxblood Elie Saab dress that matched the colors decorating the room to a T. Congratulations are in order for the royal family: Meghan Markle is expecting her first child with Prince Harry! Kensington Palace confirmed the news in an Instagram post, revealing that the new bundle of joy is due in spring 2019. No word yet on the sex or exact due date, but you can bet we’ll be waiting with bated breath to find out. The news comes on the first day of the couple’s  two-week trip to Australia, New Zealand, and Figi.  “Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.” We can’t wait to see the newlyweds expand to a family of three. You don’t have to be one of Beyoncé’s actual protégés to dress like her, but it never hurts to be in her inner circle. Chloe and Halle Bailey attended the City of Hope Gala in Los Angeles, where they were definitely on the same sartorial page as Queen Bey. The trio all dressed in different versions of embellished black outfits, with Beyoncé stealing the show in an Elie Saab F/W 16 Haute Couture velvet jacket embellished with crystals and feathers and paired with the matching velvet skirt. Meanwhile, the sisters looked impossibly chic in coordinating plunging gowns featuring cutouts, embellishments, sheer details, and more. Before you permanently swap out sandals for fall ankle boots, Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Lopez, and Dakota Johnson have an end-of-summer shoe trend idea for you. All three women have recently been spotted in platform wedges, and their impeccable outfits are convincing us to give it a whirl too. Photographed in Los Angeles, Witherspoon styled her Christian Louboutin Almeria Wedges ($695) with the HVN Morgan Printed Silk Crepe de Chine Dress ($625) and looked like the picture of office chic. On the opposite coast, Dakota Johnson wore her platform wedges with the ultimate fashion-girl uniform: a silky cami and high-rise, straight-leg jeans. Wearing head-to-toe acid wash is certainly one way to liven up the jeans-and-a-white-tee look. Oh, Pippa—how different your life would be if your sister hadn’t married a prince. Your perfectly sculpted derrière wouldn’t have made front-page news (sorry, Kate ), and you would just be another glamorous Chelsea mum-to-be picking out paint samples for the little one’s nursery. In reality, the world (especially fellow pregnant ladies) has been interested over the latest pics indicating what your take on  maternity style will be. From the few glimpses we’ve had of Pippa’s pregnancy style so far she has, unsurprisingly, remained true to her preppy roots. Feminine sundresses? Check. Straw fedoras ? Check.
